How to Start
- 1 week or longer
Preliminary Design and Quotation
If you have a detailed design or choose from our inspiration library, we can quickly complete the design within a week. If you only have an idea, relax, our experienced architect will handle the design work, ensuring the optimal solution.
Please provide project details, including purpose, size, budget, and location, to help us determine the best cost-saving solution.
- 4-8 weeks
Construction Drawings
Once the contract is signed and the down payment is received, we will begin the construction drawings phase, typically taking 4-8 weeks. Our team will use structure analysis software to ensure strength and stability. - 6-8 weeks
Off-site Production
After completing the necessary drawings, your project will move to the prefabrication production stage in our factory. With meticulous attention to detail, we carry out welding, painting, rust prevention, insulation, assembly testing, and electrical installation, achieving 60% to 90% completion of the construction work. - 2-6 weeks
Delivery
Following rigorous quality inspections and structural tests, we will carefully package your building blocks for transportation, similar to standard shipping containers. The transit time will vary depending on the distance to the designated port.
